We made our colloms limited to only being Manual or Automatic so that we can't get dirty data!

We did this by using Lookup Wizard.

This picture above is an example of how is won't let you enter the wrong type of data, it wont let you enter any numbers or stray letters.

These past few weeks i have been working on a website!

These are some of my slides.

I could improve my blog by adding some more information, if i had maybe had another lesson it could be completely finished! but i am happy with what I have anyway! 

5 websites.

5 easy to access and organised websites.

During our lesson we chose some websites that we thought were easy to understand, organised, stood out and had a lot of the stuff we have been doing in class. I chose all of these websites because of the reasons underneath each picture.

 7 Days News website.

I chose this website as one of my options because:

-It loads quickly.

-It is bold and has a lot of information on the home page.

-The buttons are in a obvious place where they would be one if the first things you notice.

 BBC Sports website.

I chose this website as another one of my options because:

-It loads almost immediately.

-If you like sports then its easy to access.

-Lots of information

-Lots of different pages to choose from so you can get exactly what you need almost immediately.

 Google Chrome's shop website.

I also chose this website because:

-Lots of colour on the first page so it catches your eye.

-The most popular games at the moment come up on the first page so it is easier for you to pick a game.

-There are a lot of buttons going down the side of the page showing that there are a lot of games to choose from.

 Apple Stores website.

Some reasons why I chose this website are:

-Its bold and easy to understand.

-There latest/ best products are on the front page so it is easy to choose a item.

-There are short and simple buttons with symbols so if you speak a different language you can still understand.

Triangl Swimwear's website.

The reason that i also chose this website is because:

-The colour's are bright and in your face so it will get your attention quickly.

-The name of the brand is in big bold letters at the top.

-The buttons are nicely/ neatly placed out along the top of the screen.

-The names and prices of each item is directly underneath it.

To create my website we first had to figure out how big or small we wanted the banner, footer and buttons to be. We changed all of the measurements into pixels instead of cm and so the banner was 100 high and 1024 across, the footer was also 1024 across but only 50 high, the buttons were 256 across and 50 high.

This is my footer, it has the copyright symbol on it.

This is my title Page for my blog.

This is my first button which will send you to the home page.

My second button will send you to a page with all of the news on sports.

This button will tell you about the sports which are popular at the moment.

For my website I added another formula to make it colourful and my next task is to change the writing to a different colour.  The code in the picture just has the options to go to gmail, google and youtube.
